email scanning

Most scanners now have the ability to scan directly to email (thus "dumping") and start the email software so you may send the message with the scanned item as an attachment rather than doing it manually. Don't know about other email protocols, though.

Thanks. I know that, all things being equal, a page on my PC should look the same (or close to it) on yours but just had to verify that it wasn't the particular PC I was on the first time since I was at a customer's site.

I'm glad I didn't "blink". Neat thought.

I checked for your update Sunday evening from two different PCs and received them same "unable to locate" message refering to your psoting for Sunday. Now its gone! And the archive is blank for the 9th. Any chance of seeing this posting?

I agree that this is hard to follow re: navigation. I pitty the poor fellow that has to do this with a dial up connection. Make it simpler to follow.

How about blind people? I have a few clients who are either totally or partially blind and use there computers with a program called jaws that reads the screen to them - even a windows 95/98 icon based screen. The software is expensive but works kind of neatly.
