Someone should start a place for people to post comics based on loosing titles. Why should Scott be the only one improving? Which is actually a great idea, but you'd probably have to get Scott's permission seeing as every title whether used or not belongs to him once you submit. *almost always read...

Well, since Stuart blithely missed the boat and it looks like Stephen might have struck out with Cathy - - maybe Steve and Bernice are going to spend a blissful evening at their motel of choice? It just strikes me as oddly appropriate (and thus conveniently maintaining the unrequited sexual tension ...

...and as part of a completely bizarre extension of the office/sexual tension gag we now have GEEKS IN LOVE! I have to admit the entire office soap opera unfolding before the Ignored One's eyes really makes the gag for me. Heh. Or just occurring to me it could be like the a good chunk of webcomics a...

Re: Wait !!
I was going to remind you gents that there were most likely ladies present, but as I suspected, they can fend for themselves quite nicely. (Delicate Flower, indeed!) Eh, it's all in good fun. To be honest, I gave up acting like a gentleman when women gave up on acting like ladies. Even then I'm nor...

Judging by the way this is going I sure hope the Walrus is a voyeur! Yay smut! Maybe the receptionist will let them borrow her desk. Oh yeah - - delicate flower? *snigger* You mean like a pliant and supple blossom? Velvety petals bending and swaying in a strong breeze? Heh. This innuendo crap is fun...

Y'know, in panel 13 I really thought she was going to just say "Okay" like she'd done previously. Heh. Same here. Although it is kind of amusing to see her apathetic passivity (is that even a word?) disrupted by the little devil coming on to her. Maybe she's the next host in line? If it's the Evil ...

I figured that Alex was just James (Man-Man) and Bill (Zombilly/MonsterHollow) Duncan's brother. I'm not familiar with James Duncan or his creation, but I recall being sent some Zombilly stuff as examples of what some of the other contributors to the abortive Creature Features webcomics were doing....

Re: Good night, tough guy, we hardly knew ye.
I don't know if Scotts' title was inspired by the quote from Julius Caesar ("The evil that men do lives after them;/The good is oft interred with their bones" -act III, scene II.), the title of the Iron Maiden song ( from what I know of Scott's musical tastes, I doubt it ), or the title of the 1984...

With all the waiting, the votes and this thread- I'm beginning to suspect that the title "The Evil That Men Forget to Do" will wind up being a two- or three-panel gag sort of like "Man-Eating shoes." Not that SRtG couldn't lend itself to the same sort of treatment. Time will tell. You could be righ...

The soulless response of the young girl in today's panel has got to be the creepiest thing I've seen in any Morning Improv yet. -Shawn, returning to lurk mode. So far Somnivore has been disturbing in ways none of the other strips can uite match. Personally, after the "I don't know" panel I was expe...

I think I actually suggested one of those titles (won't say which). Maybe I didn't...it sounds like something I would have suggested. I kind of hope that it wins just so I can see my name and determine if it's mine or not. Hunh. Weird. Not trying to steal anyone's thunder but I was fairly certain I...

Re: wow
Wow!! We're reviewing a comic before it's even finished! hee hee. I though Scott would be doing one comic every day or two. (since it says "every morning" on the thingie.) Yeah, he does a new panel or two every morning until the comic is complete and then starts in on a new one. As for reviewing it...

He then went on, saying that Maiden sold out the Hammerstien Ballroom (a block or two from the Garden) a couple of years ago, and then sold out the Jones Beach Amphitheater (out on Long Island) and the Garden this past week...yet you never see a an Iron Maiden video on the "telly". Which might not ...

Things don't look too good for Dummy-Head...
When the panels with Mr. Tummy were put up the other day I was getting a distinct "horror movie" vibe wherein the snippy Mr. Tummy would be quickly devoured by the Somnivore after running off and leaving Dummy-Head alone. It appears in the space of a few panels Scott has completely turned the tables...
