I'll wait to see what others think, but it was pretty obvious from the article that an outsider came in, found webcomics lacking, and gave us a thumbs down. I'm doubtful that she's a minority because all of her meaningless-to-us complaints have been heard many times before. And it's not unreasonable...

Thing is, after I told Hard to get stuffed, I havent been back. Hardly a battle.

Well, my pencils are extremely dense, so when I try that, I wind up taking out a lot of the inking's line quality. I have found that brining down the B&W threshold level does help a great deal.

If I can ever get my hands on one of them blue pencils I'll see what I can do then.
