I'd like to apologise to all of the forum members for replying the way I did in my last posts. Instead of following his insinuations of physical violence with the same, I should have demonstrated a bit of maturity and just laughed and laughed and laughed... My final thought on the matter: Someone is...

BTW, the trick with "REAL LIFE" seems to read them "top-to-bottom", and ignore "left-to-right" or "right-to-left" completely... Then it seems rather consistant :D Often, yes, but in the example Wikkit gave , the first two panels are clearly intended to be read top to bottom while in the last two pa...

Does this annoy anybody else? He goes right-left right-left left-right left-right (or up-down up-down down-up down-up).
I e-mailed him and said it'd be more readable if he was more consistent, but he didn't reply. I don't know why I still have Real Life on my list.

Call it Triangle and Robert fan art, a representation of triangle in the 10th dimension (1 to put him in 3-D, 1 for color, and 8 to go from 0th iteration (a tetrahedron) to 8th): http://wikkit.com/render/tetrahedron_8th_color.png

There's Girlamatic, but I don't think you'll fit in.
I also don't think your art is at a professional level, but that's not what you asked.

IMHO, if the information is important enough to be in the strip, it should be in the strip. Otherwise put it in text underneath (not hidden in another virtual dimension), or put it in a supplementary strip like Unicorn Jelly does . (Tangentially related to Unicorn Jelly, I finished a recursive perl ...

Get a web service that offers detailed feedback, like what search words were used to find your page, what page people came from to your page, how many viewed what part of your page, and so on. Helps to know what part of your "marketing" is working. This is a lot more important than most people give...

Yeah, you've all probably seen it before, but you should go back and catch up on the ones you missed. Bob the Angry Flower : Death, Robots, and Editorial Comics Just Beyond the Depth You're Normally Accustomed To. Why am I plugging it now? I got second place in the most recent book title contest and...

The website is dying
You can see it on the stats page, on the last twenty weeks and especially the last twenty months. The forum is practically dead; there hasn't been a new comic jam in a long time and even the immortal One Hour Comic thread died. Do you think it's because Scott isn't posting any more, because of the T...

Radiopolis Contest
Radiopolis, one of the newer strips on Modern Tales, is running a contest for a free sketch. It's pretty easy; I was the second one to get it.

One Hour Comics presents, from the geek rock band They Might Be Giants,
Spider
This one took about forty five minutes too, done in MS-Paint for that "I'm Cheap!" look.

I check Radiopolis every day, so I consider it a valid excuse. Very cool. Another spectacular batch of one hours this week. Pancakes are funny, psychadelic is super, MBD is A-OK, and the Dunktank sea is neatly paintingy. My TMBG thing, which was apparently a hell of a lot better than I thought it wa...

Congratulations on the pregnancy, David. The linking problem is with Geocities, not this site; they want to prevent people from using a geocities site to host images for another website. You can fix it by just putting the comic in a quick HTML file, something along the lines of <html><body bgcolor=w...

The number of artists there and a lack of time is part of why I got a year subscription. Then, instead of needing to read them all every day to find the ones I like, I can wait a few weeks or months, then start hitting the archives. I suppose I could have just waited a few months and gotten a month'...
