i wanted to pass this on to you guys, anyone that might be interested. hope it's ok to post this here in the art forum, if not, i can move/repost somewhere else...

anyway...

As you may have heard, Cat is planning to take an indefinite
leave of absense from webcomics to pursue other creative
activities and something called 'a life'...

And I've been kicking around the idea of having a comics jam of
Modern Tales artists and friends to appear in the launch of
Modern Tales Presents, a new feature that begins in November.

So I got the idea, why not do a comics jam devoted to our friend
Cat? He's certainly an important enough artist, and a very
well-thought-of guy.

Joey Manley said ok, and I got Cat's blessing.

The concept of the jam is simple-- What is Cat doing while he's
taking his vacation from webcomics? Scalping concert tickets
on the moon? Gun running in the Caribbean? Just use your
imagination-- the sky's the limit!

When it's done, we'll put it all together in an infinite canvas--
Cuentos style!

The deadline is November 15. Email your contribution as an
attachment or a link to mtpresents@yahoo.com

I hope everyone will do something for this-- it's gonna be a blast!
