some rare, unpublished, and out of print INKWELL strips...
i've been posting some rare, unpublished, and out of print magic inkwell comic strips over at moderntales.com every saturday for the last three weeks. a lot of these were never seen widely (having been printed in very small print collections, anthologies, minicomics, and the only print issue of MAGIC INKWELL COMIC STRIP THEATRE). I will be posting one every week for the next two months then I will be beginning BRAND NEW magic inkwell strips featuring the original cast of characters!! please come check them out when you have a chance. i'm almost certain a lot of you haven't seen this stuff...

Magic Inkwell in Print
Hey Cat, I recently found a copy of your MI print comic and snatched it up. If I send it to ya with return shipping stuff, could ya sign it for me?
Great to see you gearing up to make more soon!

While we've got your attention Cat, I was wondering if there are other things (issues of MI, etc.) that you may have laying around that you might want to sell. I think that largely because of how far away I am from where you are I haven't come across anything (the nearest comic shop is a hundred miles away!).
I don't want to open the door for you to be bombarded here, but I'm curious.
BTW, after reading the MI strip you posted at MT recently I am quite convinced that you NEED to publish something, an anthology, or a (dare I dream) a graphic novel, that I can enjoy at my leisure, and share with my freinds who don't read webcomics.

well, i do have a couple copies left of MAGIC INKWELL COMIC STRIP THEATRE #1 left ($3) and a couple copies of WORLDS FUNNEST #1 (which was the official "debut" of the INKWELL... also $3).
if you hold off for a month or so, i'll be posting new minicomics and stuff for sale at www.magicinkwell.com (which i'll also have at APE) and i'm currently working on putting together a new anthology...
if you can't wait to order, those interested can write me an email and find out about availability, but i've got about 3 copies of INKWELL #1 and about 3 copies of WORLDS FUNNEST available for sale. unfortunately, all those old minis and other anthologies i've been in are pretty much unavailable (i think)...
might wanna check with my old publisher to see if he's got any copies of the comics i've been in...
i'll try to get a comprehensive bibliography onto magicinkwell.com when i do the massive update (in anticipation of my new weekly INKWELL strip).
i'll also be offering paintings through my website soon...
as for a graphic novel... um, uh, i dunno... someday soon...
