I have an outline for an eight to ten issue mini series and submitting a pitch to any major publisher involves artwork. Unfortunately I am not artistically inclined, which is why I am here today.

I’m looking for an artist who would like to work on a coming of age story that involves (not sci-fi heavy) time travel and alt rock. I’m looking to submit my series to Image, Dark Horse, and Black Mask. Here’s my proposal below:

-I want to pay a small fee for one page of artwork from my script.
-If I like your style, I will share my story with you.
-If you like my story and want to work on my script, we will work out pricing for 6 pages of the first issue.
-Those pages will be submitted to the publishers alongside my script and other required submission material.
-If we succeed in pitching our idea to a publisher and they take on our project, we will collaborate on the rest of the project and split any profits 50/50.
