TL;DR: The project pays around 10k to be shared between two people, 1 year Adobe access, you don't have to draw anything unless we're accepted.

They don't outline exactly comic books, but I thought it would be interesting to approach them with a series of small narratives collected in a graphic novel, to be read online ala ComiXology's style.

I'm open to any style as long as you have high quality sequential pages. Chinese artists, or artists from the Chinese diaspora will be favored, since the project relates to the country, but anyone is welcome to apply.
