By my reckoning, this post by user efm was the 10,000th one made to the Zwol.org forum. No, there's no prize, but I thought I'd point it out.
The first post was made on April 15th, 2001, by yours truly and the forum has been running pretty solid from that day to this with a bare minimum of trolls and spammers.
I have been proud to host the Scott McCloud-related discussions, first based around "Reinventing Comics" (the old RC forum I ran briefly is archived here) and then the "Morning Improv". Without his blessing and participation, this forum would surely not be as well-trafficked as it is today. Thank you, Scott!
And thanks to all the forum participants- members and lurkers alike- who help make this place such a wonderful venue for intelligent, funny and impassioned conversation on the 'net. Thank you, You! _________________ Good morning! That's a nice tnetennba. |

Yay me!
I agree with Scott. It's you, not any of us, who deserves all the thanks. _________________

Is there a No Prize?
I've been hanging around on this board since pretty close to the beginning, I think. For some reason I went into a two years lurking phase, but I'm glad to be back, and it's nice that the board has remained consistently pleasant and informative. Thanks, Greg! _________________ borealism.com: highbrow pretension by the assload |

Thanks again Greg!
A great public service. This forum is small enough to offer a real sense of community. The posters are positive, informative, witty, and helpful. (Unless you mention spongemonkeys, so I wont. )
