Just Friday-Sunday. That's all I need. Sure, I'll roll into a kindergarten class the next morning and pass out on top of a copy of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, but it'll be cool.

When you get up to a week without sleep for a 168-hour comic, do the Navy Seals recruit you as an embedded artist?

Good luck, Ryan!

Yeah, I'm sure I'll crash at at least one point during the insanity. I'm going to be updating live with little charts and statistics and photos. I'm looking into getting a live video feed set up.
Help a brother out! I set up a special e-mail account for title and topic suggestions. I won't open the inbox until the comic starts. I have 72 pages to cover, so I'll dip into the old e-mail bag ever once in a while and find new ideas to toss into the storyline.

Send topic suggestions to
72hours (at) ryanestrada.com

This sounds unbelievable THE ULTIMATE WEBCOMICS EVENT!

What a way to kick off the new year!
The e-mail idea bag is a terrific concept!

I'll be sure to check in with the updates!

If I open my window, I can hear coffee being drunk at an insane rate somewhere to the south of me.

Have fun.

I just hope you don't fall asleep and jam you head into a sharp pencil. That would be bad. Maybe you should wear a helmet and goggles.

I suggest that next time you go in the opposite direction, and try a one hour or 24 minute comic. See how short you can go! Because if you keep going this way, you'll end up doing a 500 page comic in 20 days, and that just makes everyone else look bad.

Seriously, though, I'm rooting for ya. (I can't believe you also find the time to blog... And some long entries, too. Grape and Orange Qoo must be chock-full of energetic goodness.)

Damn, you'll be spending more time on the toilet than at the art table with that rot-gut.

Why not buy a crate of Crocus and Bita 500 while you're at it?

Now hour 43, when I was lying on the ground twitching like a mouse in a trap, that was when the fatigue was setting in. Now I'm on my second second wind.

It never fails. The day that you need your site, it craps out.

Have you rested at all yet?

I've had two two-hour power naps. I am currently at 58 pages, 55 hours, and the pages I'm doing now are way better than the pages I did earlier on.
Stupid web page. Must be that Y2K5 bug.
