I've been writing a web comic which is being beautifully illustrated by Storn Cook, and is about ready to make its on-line debut.

I know we should have a legal document describing the relationship between author, artist and web host.
But what I know about legal documents you could jam in your eyeball and it wouldn't make you blink.

Is anyone aware of any kind of boiler plate agreement for this kind of arrangement?

I guess I can improvise, but I'd like to see how such an agreement is written.

Thanks.
