Well, I like it. Especially this page.

Oh, and also the line "I bet I can meditate faster than you."

I enjoy the comics, but man lose that zooming effect. It grates.

I am all in favour of drunk comics and comics about drinking.

Agreed. Great comics, lose the transition.

I totally enjoyed The Day I Decided to Become a Superhero! The other ones looked great too.

I also love Strongman Press!

p.s. I agree about the transition. It was fun the first 2 or 3 times, but got old after that... A shame because I assume you must have taken some time to figure out how to create that effect...

thanks for the input. I will probably get rid of the transitions, I thought it feel smoother for people but I guess it was the opposite.

thanks again.

The thing about the transitions is that, while different and cool, they are slower than a regular hypertext link and, as Jack noted, may not work in all browsers. All part of the tragedy and drama in moving comics to the digital domain.

you should see the printed version. I made a couple of comics where I shrunk down 81/2 x 11 pages onto a single sheet and folded that sheet into an eight page booklet. It's cheap and they're fun to hand out to people and get peoples attention but they're so small I'm surprised that they're legible...

...yeah, but that wouldn't reach as many people.

...or maybe it would (considering how difficult it can be to advertise sites)

Well, attending a convention and passing out mini-comics like that is a great way to reach more people. For comics artists, mini-comics can function like business cards, but even better.

I'm putting a weekly strip on the site, updated every friday. I hope I can keep it up without my workload and "real" life gatting in the way.
