I simply don't get it. I have some inklings of meaning, but they aren't very solid. And the brushing of teeth really throws me off.

I know my answer won't solve your question: I'm not sure there is a way to really explain it anyway. I found it amusing that there were several comics (Scott's being one) all named HAppytown without any knowledge of eachother. Odd. They're all very different, though. :)

Not having any concrete reason to believe there's anything to get, I've not chosen to search for meaning where quite possibly none exists.

Scott simply threw some images together IMO.
