San Deigo Meet & Greet

Post by Greg Stephens »

I'm working on organizing a hastily-scheduled, very informal meet & greet session at the San Diego Comic-con. Tentatively, I'm thinking Saturday, August 3, 2.00pm.

Stay tuned for details, because this is subject to change at any moment.

UPDATE:
Spoke to Scott and we're on for Saturday at 2:00pm.

Here's the deal- We will meet at Scott's table in Artist's Alley before 2:00. At 2:00 precisely (more or less) we will head up to the Sail Pavillion for a good session of talking about whatever we want to talk about.

Where is Scott's table going to be located? We don't know just yet- you'll have to check the information that you get when you arrive at the con. There will be a list of artists and the tables they're sitting at. Cross-reference this against the map of the main room and you should be able to find it. It might be a good idea to locate it in advance.

Where's the Sail Pavillion? Here's a map of the convention center. The Sail Pavillion is the big blue square area where everybody first checks in. We will find a nice table there to hang out and chat.

If plans change: Go by Scott's table (see above) and check to see if everything's going according to plan. If nobody's at the table (even if Scott's not there, Ivy might be, and you can ask her), there might be a note.

If you know of anybody who's interested in attending- Please spread the word!
Good morning! That's a nice tnetennba.
