I'm enjoying the return of the Thin White Duke quite a bit, especially with today's Buckaroo Banzai reference.
For anybody on this board who hasn't seen it, go rent <I>The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai</I> post-haste. This 80s-pulp-sci-fi romp is quite possibly my favorite movie of all time. It stars Peter Weller as a physicist/surgeon/samurai/rock&roll-star/paramilitary commander, and beats even cult classics like <I>Highlander</i> and the <I>Evil Dead</i> trilogy hands down.
Now, I know I left that Occilation Overthruster somewhere around here...

You've gotta love any movie with a Minkowski tensor in it. (Just kidding.)

<BLOCKQUOTE>"I find it hard to believe anyone has not seen buckaroo B. Even in Nebraska."</BLOCKQUOTE>
Hey, now, I'm a native Nebraskan and I've been enjoying the colorful exploits of the Black and Red Lectroids for well over a decade now.
Certainly, anyone with Comedy Central has to have seen it, what with their tendency to pick up random films (Banzai included) and show the hell out of them for a month or to.
-Max, again.
