Looking for artist to partner with on new comic site. You will be responsible only for creating the comics/art. I will be responsible for web design, updates, and ALL costs involved with site registration, maintenance, and server costs.
I'll set up credit card billing and checks will go to you. We then split it 70/30. 70 going to you.

What comics would you do? What's your vision for the site? If this is backend, how soon can one expect money while you build up an audience?
You won't get a serious artist application unless you explain why someone would want to join your project or exactly how money will be made.
Simply stating that there is a position available and that you are investing money into your site are not significant draws.
