Bothersome Bitpass Behavior

Post by Pixel Echo »

H'lo, folks. I'm a rank newbie around here; let's see if anyone even notices me.

My issue is this:
I have a paypal account with fifteen bucks in it. I want to buy a five dollar bitpass card with funds therefrom. When I try to, as soon as I enter my e-mail address and password into the paypal verification screen and then hit the submit button, rather than procuring me a five dollar Bitpass account, it sends me to a paypal page with absolutely nothing on it, save the title bar. Basically, nothing useful to me at all. When I tried reloading the page, it took me to the entry page of paypal, offering me the opportunity to log into my account. I did this, only to find that I still have fifteen dollars in it.

My question is this:
What happened to my attempted purchase? Is there a glitch in paypal? In bitpass? In my computer? Do I need cookies for this? Am I screwed? Any relevant advice would be appreciated.

Indeed.

Sorry for the delay on that, Pixel. My Inbox kinda went Boom last week for obvious reasons and I've been a bit behind on things.

Could you do me a favor? Could you email me at scott@scottmccloud.com and let me know what email address you used to start the account. Perhaps we can then track down this bug and set it straight.

Very sorry for the inconvenience. Hope we can sort this out quickly!

Best,
