I kind of enjoy it. I heard they are doing some kind of weird viral marketing attempt using discussion forums on the Internet. Apparently, people who have no real interest in the community log on and post a leading comment about the quality of the show.

I don't think that would work though. It's so bizarre a thing to do that I'm sure nobody would be dumb enough to even reply.

Welcome to the forum Zwolo! (Great name by the way, is that Swahili in origin?).

Right. People would pick up on such attempts immediately and either ignore them or (one would hope) the forum administrator would simply delete such posts.

The thing about viral marketing is the same as with all sorts of advertising- The message must get through. No matter how it's presented, the goal is always apparent, and people who aren't interested just won't respond. Eventually, the people hired by the studios to promote their product will end up talking to each other (or simply themselves) in an attempt to simulate actual conversations. It would probably end up sounding like Eliza talking to A.L.I.C.E., but with various references to the specific products tossed in.
Good morning! That's a nice tnetennba.

Sorry, I didn't understand. I like the Liger. It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a tiger mixed... bred for its skills in magic.

Hands down, Nermal.

Nermal is my favorite. I like Abe Sapien too. But, as I said, Nermal rocks!

One time I thought I saw a unicorn in my fridge, but it turned out that it was just half of a gazelle corpse.

As you can see, this isn't really the best place to discuss the Teen Titans cartoon and the members here have a wicked sense of humor.

I would suggest using Google to find a more appropriate location. There are many such places.

Good luck!
