I'm always so flabbergasted at peoples ability to produce a daily comic... I struggle with doing a comic a week... how the hell can anyone do something daily!!
Just this morning I was reading Kean's guest strips and feeling pretty crappy cause everyone doing those strips is so much better than I am.... but I think maybe I'll try to view that as a challenge to get that much better... has anyone here ever felt like that looking at someoneelse's work? How about you Scott has that ever happened to you?
I'm sorry I'm rambling abit too much here... Have a great day all!!
Keith

Yes, definately, but it shows me what's possible and gives me something to shoot for. While we're on that topic... hey Greg when are you going to get back to Zwol? I always love the meetings of creator and character in comics (like in Cerebus and Concrete) is there anymore to that story or just a nice sureal chance meeting?Greg Stephens wrote:All the time.troybuddha wrote:Has anyone here ever felt like that looking at someone else's work?
[A brief delurk]
Keith, I feel that way every single day. Only way I know how to deal with it is to try and rise to challenge and push myself as hard as I can. I didn't think I could keep up with the hectic schedule of a daily comic, but I somehow managed to find a way (for a little while, at least). Not sleeping also helps to produce comics in one's spare time...

Rather than hijacking this thread, I'll refer you to this other one for some answers to that question.Kris Lachowski wrote:While we're on that topic... hey Greg when are you going to get back to Zwol?... is there anymore to that story or just a nice sureal chance meeting?

But I like to sleep!! Thus far I've been thrilled that I've managed to keep up with a weekly schedule. And I must say for some strange reason it makes me feel better that Scott misses a day every once and awhile. Now what would really great would be if Scott would click here then I could add him to the list of famous people that have read my comic, which includes Smee & Blogg and the wonderful and lovely Kay HanleyKeaner wrote:[A brief delurk]
