Maybe it's time to learn SQL? ;) Actually it's a bit of a hassle, but I wanted to learn SQL once, so I set up a MySQL server and made a very simple database, coincidencially enough, for categorizing images. Since I didn't know anything about SQL programming then this took alot of time, but there are...

Regarding "Noah-Eastah's"... Now my knowledge of the American dialects is very limited, but I think this should have been "Nor-Eastah's". This is north-eastern dialect I presume (can't say what city, but I'm sure you can and already have :)), and those are what is called non-rhotic, i.e. 'r's aren't...

Sand art
Not comics really, but might be an inspiration for someone
http://vares.ircnet.ee/vklipid/sand_sicaf2003.wmv
Awesome. This guy draws with sand and the images are projected to a large screen. 18 meg or so, but well worth it.

Same for Iceland, we got our independence through discussions. Very heated discussions sometimes, sure. But no bloodshed. Then again, it depends on how you look at it. Of course, We didn't really have the option to fight as we didn't have an army (and even if we did, a tiny danish village should hav...

I highly recommend Sigur Ros' CD Agaetis Byrjun (?g?tis Byrjun)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASI ... 38-7607643
Of course, their new CD () (no name) is pretty good too, but I prefer Agaetis Byrjun personally.
Out of this world....

Especially since I had to copy and paste into the wooly frame thing.. I thought that would save me some time, not sure it did :) Anyway, gr...

I have yet to make a 24 hours comic, but here is a little project I tried a while back. It sort of never really got of the ground and I plan to maybe rewamp and renew it one day and try to push it a little forward. But for now you can check out The 24-hour Animation page. Same idea as the 24 hour c...

Can't wait to see how this one develops! :D Hmm.. here's an idea. I (and most of us here I'm sure) find it very interesting to see how the pictures develop from a sketch to a full picture, but sadly the sketches get lost when the pics get updated. So Scott: Would it be possible to somehow keep the s...
