Great stuff Jordi!

I check in here much less frequently than I once did. I love that you can actually show sequential work when looking for comic work!

I just wanted to give you some positive (or any) feedback on all your posts!

Great work!

Need a little more information

Pure benevolence, personal challenge, atoning for some past sin.... Anyone who would potentially be interested in taking advantage of you will need a lot more information about the motivations behind an offer like this. Until a character's motivations can be understood all of their actions are suspe...

I'm not really sure of the PvP art process, but it looks like solid draftsmanship done over size and then reduced. Looks a little organic for an Illustrator approach (Adobo-Media [adobe] Illustrator that is) but, you might try a vector-based program (Like Illustrator or even drawing in Flash). Perso...

Huh.

Interesting. I may have been biased by my assumption that pressure and angle would not be supported.

I'll have to go back in and look some more. I saw nothing in the display control panel etc, but did not realize I might be looking for a Waccom driver.

Thanks! I'll report back.

Toshiba Tablet PC Review

Well, as I suspected (because it was not touted anywhere in the tech specs) the Toshiba Tablet PC does not offer pressure sensitivity. That aside, I have a minor taste of how very cool a Cintiq must be. The Toshiba does a pretty good job tracking the stylus, although I have to watch the cursor, not ...

The Cintiq is the only option I know of for Mac users. My wife's Dell Laptop just had a melt down. As a replacement, she is going to try a tablet PC. We ordered a Toshiba Techra Tablet PC ( http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/cmod.to?seg=HHO&coid=-29325&sel=0&rcid=-26367&ccid=1291021 ) Kind of an ex...

The Blambot balloons are a good thing to download and look at though, if you are going to be creating your own balloons in a vector program, or by hand for that matter. I'd suggest using them for reference though. Give your bubbles your own style - William's point well taken. Integrating a vector pr...

For what it's worth, I've seen some pieces printed by Comixpress and I thought they did a quality job.

I have not had any dealing directly with Comixpress.

I am a cynic. I expect the worst. I am pleasantly surprised much more often than the average bloke. I wanted to go to a movie and be entertained. I switched off my brain and enjoyed it. But you're right, I hadn't even noticed, but they never did explain the importance of the towel to intergalactic t...

I liked the film. It was enjoyable as a stand-alone. My understanding is that Adams was responsible for a lot of the 'new' things (he invented the opposing presidential candidate for the film, for insatance). Tinkering with the Guide was his trademark. My only regret was forgetting to take my towel ...

What the Zwol....

Ok Greg.

I've heard it pronounced "Z-WOL" (Kinda like AWOL).

I'm inclined to pronounce it as a word "zwoul".

What is proper?

Thanks.

Don't Panic!

That's what I keep telling myself about HHG. I, too, was a little concerned by the treatment of Zaphod's second head. But then I thought about the challenge, as a film maker, of creating a sympathetic / non-distracting / not tragically silly two-headed humanish character. That would be tough. So, I'...
