I really need to get an artist for a web comic that I've been dying to create. I can't pay. (That probably doesn't help any.) But if anyone can give me some advice on how to get someone to want to draw for me it be really appreciated. Thanks.

My name is Troy. I'm new and need someone to help with drawing. ( I suck really badly when it comes to art.) I can't pay but any profit made by this comic will be split in half. This is my first comic and I want it to be a good one.
