You can't blame this board for you not getting work. I'm still surprised that Greg is still keeping the site active. He could easily just bring the whole thing down tomorrow. And with an attitude like that I wouldn't blame him for doing so.

Update

Update: Forum forum is now clean. I've been working on the General Discussion nightly. I've built a macro that opens the previous discussion in a new tab, deletes the current topic, closes the current tab, which then jumps to the next tab and repeats until I tell it to stop. I loosely monitor it to ...

Sorry, it didn't look like you were looking for an artist or a writer, so I moved your post to the hype section.

They're getting angry. I came back after an hour and there's six pages of crap to delete. I also noticed one trying to pretend to be an artist responding to a post.

You're welcome. True, those first couple of days I almost walked away. I don't want to spend hours cleaning up spam. But now I'm just checking in once a day clearing out anything new that popped up overnight.

You're welcome. I've cleared out the first three pages of this section. I started on the Hype section last night. The General Discussion area just needs to be burned to the ground.

It's going to take a while to clean up this mess. I have to open each post and delete them one at a time. I'm trying to figure out if I could build a macro to take care of this in bulk. In the mean time I'll try to swat away any new spam when I see it and try to keep the page 1 threads clean.

Facebook message received! Wow, it's been awhile since I've been on here. I didn't even know it still existed. It's really unbelievable that this board is still in use. I might have to start making daily visits again. So, as for the spammers, as a moderator I can delete post and threads but not user...

I prefer panel by panel descriptions but leave the action open enough for the artist to have some elbow room. Also don't be surprised if the artist thinks that certain pages might be better with more or less panels on it. The key to collaborations is to keep an open mind to each other's ideas. You h...

SMS

What has Eric been doing lately? Well, between the unending construction on my site and various side art projects, I've also been posting new comics weekly. Here's a taste of some of the strips you can find over at http://ericfmyers.com/comix/sms/ : http://www.ericfmyers.com/comix/sms/2006-05-17.jpg...

Don't let them get you down. You only have a handful in your archive so it might be a little early to judge the over all quality. But I like it so far. I'll check it out from time to time.

To tell you the truth, I miss the larger format too. We got behind at one point and we thought that if we went down to a single line strip we would kick them out faster. But the opposite became true and now we haven't posted a new strip in a few weeks. So until we get another strip up, here are some...

New format for The Imaginary

Were you sick of waiting every two weeks to see a new Imaginary strip? Were you even reading? Eric and I ( Eric ) have decided to change a few things. Gone is the the cluttered site and long waits between episodes. We are now going to focus more on the comic and the tale we are trying to tell. There...
