I'm kinda skeptical of this guy. He hit me up for ideas. I thought up a bunch, wrote a script was finishing a second today and now he's gone. Ghosted.

Reality check
Unless you've been making comics for years or have some kind of connections in the industry; DC will not look at an unknown writer.
Especially not for a new hero. They have thousands; they don't want yours.
You're better served pitching to an indy publisher.
