Going through these pages I had this thought: Someone should take all of our panels and print up a benefit book for the CBLDF . I mean Neil Gaiman just received his own convention . Where's Scott's convention? Where's Understanding Scott McCloud 2004 ? At the very least, where is the benefit book? ...

Re: 24 Hour Plays

It's funny you should bring this up. Last semester at school I did a 24-hour comic, and I was interviewed in the school paper about it. I mentioned that the 24-hour play, which the theatre dept. was planning, originated with Scott McCloud's idea, which got some theatre kids really pissed off at me, ...

Speaking of 24-Hour Stuff

I'm organizing a 24-hour comics project this weekend, which may have upwards of 16 participants. It's no 24-hour comics day, but I think its pretty damn cool. It'll be a blast.

I only played with it a little, as I said. I'll try again if I ever have free time, but right now I wouldn't be able to give you worthwhile feedback, Aquairus.

Oh man. After "Whose Mind is it Anyway?" got my hopes raised for the goodness in humanity's hearts... this sad tale of domestic abuse, car accidents, and radioactive meteorites.

Nonetheless...Another of Mr. McCloud's successes. To restate what everyone else has already said, great use of flash.

Wow. What, a long journey it's been. And stuff. Although I am mentally incapable of making a long detailed list of exactly what was so great about this improv (like some of you) I just have to say that this improv is, in my humble, opinion, the best improv, and more than that it's probably my absolu...

Here at Willamette University. in Salem, Oregon, I'm organizing a 24-hour comics event if my own next Saturday. Unfortunately, this falls one week short of 24-hour Comics Day, but it'll still be awesome. So far we have at least 6 participants, and we'll hopefully have more. Anyways, if anyone's stil...

Hi, y'all. I had to register for zwol just to respond to this thread. 24-Hour Comics rule..... you know. Everybody should do it at least once. This means you. Yes, you. I've already drawn one back in September. (yet to be put on the big list...oh well) And I'm gonna be drawing another one in April w...
