A small piece of advice, if your budget is small, start small. Don't plan 100 issues of 20 pages at 5-10$, or your art will look like it. Do a web-comic, a weekly one, one page a week, or one every other week, 20 pages over 5/10 months, and offer something around 30$ a page. Better art -> more inter...
