Just some honest feedback, splitting 50/50 with an artist isn't the fairest thing. Considering the amount of work an artist has to do vs. what a writer has to do. So hopefully your share split is at least negotiable. Even Robert Kirkman gives 80%-90% of the back end to artists, as well as royalties ...
