I use this, but I am mostly a silent user. I look at artists working for work, and usually message them privately about hiring them for commissions. So far I've hired about 8 people I've found on this forum in the past year, and some of these have been long term jobs, ranging in thousands of dollars...

For professional artists, I won't ask $5, however, I have taken chances on new artists for that price, and have given them a chance to put artist on their resume.
