I’m looking for a way to test a site before uploading it, some sort of a testing ground. any one can help me?

I’m looking for a way to reach more people with my comics. I tried to find forums such as this, and I posted there. I'm looking for more ways or more places to post about my comic. (Cause some where, there are people like me.) But my budget is so low it’s not even a budget, its non-existent. Draw
