Halloween Comic - Can you catch the references?

Hey guys! I just made a comic for a halloween contest. I'd really appreciate it if you checked it out and possibly even voted for my entry.

It's about how I met my childhood sweetheart oh so many years ago - of course our costumes were different back then (I had one of those Robin costumes from BatmanForever with the fake abs) haha.

Anyway, a little about this project: I drew it out with ballpoint pen and flood filled the black areas with a brush. I went in with some washable markers and then stitched it together with MS PAINT. It took an embarrassing amount of time - but this is the first comic I've ever 'published'
