The Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Poland is having a bunch of workshops this Summer. The Comic and Illustration one will be between 17 and 31 July. From what I know there are still some spots open.
The workshop will be headed by prof. Gabriel Kołat, who's works you can see in the newest promo clip found here:
