I've put together this simple B&W short story with an urban noir look that I like.
It's about a guy minding his business, walking down a shady street and getting harassed by a 'NYC in the 80s' type of cop.
I haven't finalised the caption dialogue so it's a silent story for now.
Looking forward to hearing what you think.
(Also I'm looking forward to submitting for publication. So I'd really appreciate any ideas on publishers that I might reach out to.)
