Writer available for artists

I am a writer looking for an artist and/or a project. If I am hired to write for someone else--somebody else's ideas, I would charge for them, though price is negotiable. If one wants to draw what I have already written, it would be a free project--I can't pay any artist. However, if any projects do garner money, I would split it with the artist. Here is what I have already written:

A Pride High fan comic, to be posted on the aforementioned comic's message boards. The project I most want drawn.

A superhero universe for which I have an artist but want others for other stories.

A Marvel fan comic focused on Artie Maddicks.

Several short stories that could be drawn, including illustration on a children's story and a novel series of which each part is 1/4 graphic.

My webcomic Comfortably Numb, which was an attempt to draw, but made story suffer.
