Hi,
I'm looking for a prospective artist to work with on a short comic series based around superheroism and small town monotony. The book will feature a main cast of disillusioned teenagers and will be set in the UK. It will feature mildly bad language (think anything you'd see in 15 cert movies), as well as some potentially gruesome elements.
Ideally the artist will work for free, with an aim to use the work (much as I am) as a portfolio booster. The comic will be available to read online and will be printed in a limited run, all costs being covered by myself.
Should there be any profit after recouping of costs, it will be split, with the majority going to the artist.
If you think you may be interested then please send me a private message on here or link me to your portfolio.

If a position is still available I'd like to offer up a small and (in my opinion) humble offering of help.
I have several pieces that might match the style you're looking at, noting however that these images are older than my current works I just have very little in the way of serious/gritty work to display.
NOTE that as I stated these are at least a year old and represent a fraction of my ability at this time.
