Looking for Artist to Help Finish Antarctic Press Pitch

I've got a three-issue series that I'm going to pitch to Antarctic Press. The thing is that my drawing skills are lacking, and they suggest that a full product is easier to sell that an artist or writer. I am currently finishing the synopsis and treatment and I am looking for an artist to help me finish the pitch.

To explain a little more about the project, I hope to make it three 24 page issues with the possibility of more. The story's pending title is Team Dream (I would like to change that) and can be found on my Fictionpress account: www.fictionpress.com/~mrdc

The submission process can be found on their website. Antarctic Press specializes in anime and manga styles, though is not necessary. The submission guidelines do state that 22 pages of sequential art must be submitted by the artist, but they do not have to be related to the story itself. Some sample pages may be submitted in regards to the story, so it you already have sequential art made, there is no need to draw the entire story now, only concept art or a few sample pages if you wish.

I am willing to pay, though I am not sure as to how much money I'll have to offer. If you are expecting pay, please reply or PM me with rates. Either way, all profits / royalties / etc. will be split 50-50, so there will be compensation in the end. If the comic is not picked up, I do want to compensate you for your time and effort as well.
