I'm looking for a writer, or writers, who wouldn't mind collaborating in some spare-time projects. The purpose is to get some nice work done and build up our portfolio/resume.

I'd like see some well thought out stories. A finished script is sweet, but if you have a summary of a script you'd like to write that is fine. The goal is to find a solid story that we'd both like to tell.

been dying to make a webcomic...
To be honest though...i only have characters and a small storyline. I've done it this way so that anyone willing to work with me can help build the plot together. so if you want I could just post my character list and see what you think...?
I do sci-fi stuff. When i say that people usually "run away". XD but its not a big deal. It's your choice. Some things still has a few bugs and kinks to work out but I won't post the info untill i get a reply from you.

Since you speak of spare-time projects, I won't ask for you to begin drawing an entire series, but I do have a one chapter story I wrote a while back that I think would be interesting in your style.
It's a western-type story called The Preacher, and you can read it on my Fictionpress account: www.fictionpress.com/~mrdc
It's not in script form, but if it's a project you wouldn't mind doing, I could convert it. I'm trying to break myself into comics (print and web) and it's hard to get someone to read my writing, but if I had a physical copy, it would help me. Not to mention that you've got some sequential art.
