I've got to say that at the moment I can't offer you a specific page rate, as at the moment I'm not even sure how much this comic will make.
But anything it does make, the artist that comes onboard will be entitled to a (negotiable) percentage.
I suppose I should tell you a little about myself too.
As you know, my name is Cochin Breaker. I am 25, and I'm a writer of fantasy novels primarily. I write mostly about the blurred lines between what one person believes is right, and another believes is wrong. The project I'm hoping to develop into a comic book series at the moment is 'The Legion Legacy' - which is roughly about 350,000 words worth of novels. I'm based in the UK, and plan on selling this comic first to local stores, and later, to a larger audience.
If you would like to know more, I'll happily send you a provisional script for the fist issue (along with my crude attempts at laying it out).
I want this to be a collaborative project, so if you want to work with me, and have the desire to add anything to the story, just let me know and we'll talk about it.
