Writer seeking DEDICATED comic artists

I am looking for a (let me repeat the word) DEDICATED comic artist serious about his or her craft and willing to collaborate on a couple of projects I have finished writing. Let me repeat that these stories are finished and all I need is an artist to draw these books and to pitch to various publishers. I am willing to pay, but considering I am only an individual who has a day job, my income of that day job, will pay you for the pages I ask for soI cannot pay too much. In other words if you charge $150 per page don't reply to this post. Reply if you are hungry, willing, and dedicated to put a decent book together to sell to the public at large.

Things to remember: the artist needs to meet deadlines and must be one hundred percent ready to take on the task. For the stories I have are complicated and multilayered in terms of plot, characterizations, and setting. Are the stories good? YOU let me know if it is if you decide to take on task.
