WANTED: Kid/cartoon inker (Paying gig)

I am in need of a inker ASAP who has a "kid" style made for comics/strips. Experience is preferred, not necessary. This is for a new webcomic. Must have own work/samples and know what is a deadline. Pencils will be supplied with borders. Will receive in groups of 10 strips at a time. Lettering a plus.

Jim Davis (Garfield), Tom Armstrong (Marvin), Carl Barks (Disney Ducks) styles are preferred, but not necessary. Open to simple slick looking lineart. Will have to do sample strip. Very limited funds, guaranteed payment for all strips that are published. Must accept PayPal for payment.
