Looking For Artist To Start Collaborative Webcomic

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

My name is Ian and I am a writer who is looking for an artist to work on a web-comic together with.

I want this to be a fun collaborative effort and hope to create something really cool, I have a ton of ideas and stories already fleshed out, but I completely open to changes and suggestions.

Skype will be required, but the comic itself will not have any deadlines. Think of it more as a fun hobby.

An Oddity A Day

Due to rather unfortunate and mysterious circumstances, Kiya finds herself in the care of a doctor after being injured. Calling himself Dr. Odd, she soon realizes that this is not a normal doctor and she is not staying at a normal clinic. It is a clinic for the strange and the weird, a place where magic and science collide. Now not only must she deal with this strange new world, but she must also deal with the odd people in it.
Halo, the shape-shifting nurse.
Dale, the vampiric intern.
Zeus the Third, the god-like medical student.
Nox, the shadow paramedic.
Hex, the genius mechanic.
Christine Le Fay, the pharmaceutical witch.
Amasis, the undead patient.
And Dr. Odd, the mysterious doctor.
Her day to day life will never be the same again.


Dwellers

In the future, the world has become 90% desert. Countries, borders, even cities have become nothing more than dust in the wind. Unfortunately, this wasn't done naturally. When strange crystals were dug up from the earth's core, people began to use them as tools and weapons. While at first they were a blessing, they quickly became a curse as the crystals hastened the worlds desertification. Now people believe that these crystals have transformed their users into power hungry monsters. It is a time of legends and only the strong will survive.

In the underworld, assassination is a common thing. For one involved in such dark dealings, every day is kill or be killed. As an assassin himself, Descarte knows this all too well. He's killed numerous people, for numerous reasons, and yet to him this is nothing, but a job he doesn't want to quit. Even after the Red Threat, nothing has changed. Now Descarte has an apprentice, a rookie with no future, no hope, and no talent. How will the greatest sniper in the world teach the worst assassin the world has ever seen? All it will take is one thought, one choice, one head, one shot, and one kill, but it’s never that simple.


The One Flaw

In our dreams, fear is both the seed and the weapon. People known as Divers, fight our nightmares using fear, ensuring they don't consume our minds and drive us to madness. In this war, a rookie by the name of Leevi will change the fight forever. He will make allies, form alliances, and use the power of God itself to navigate the impossible and inconceivable. In your nightmares, he can hear you scream.

Hey Ian,

Another writer here, just replying because I too am looking for an artist to collaborate with me on a webcomic. Let's keep in touch. I'd be interested to know how your search goes. My idea is for a long-running comic set in a zombie apocalypse setting, but it goes WAY beyond the usual zombie trappings. As time goes on and more of the story gets published, my plan is to open the world up to submissions from other artist/writer teams. Let's say there is a character in my story that plays only a supporting role; I think it would be cool for people to submit stories where that supporting character took center stage and we explore their backstory.
