looking for artist/writer for collective/studio

Hello .. i have teamed up with another artist/writer and we are looking to team up with 2 additional artist/writer for a new project ,
basically the project would be a quarterly release and would feature 4 stories 1 from each person, we are looking for all-age cartoonist for this project as we would like to keep the book PG, the ultimate objective would be for all of us to form a collective/studio together with our comic being release digitally 4 times a year and printed at the end of the year in a graphic novel form.

are you only looking for artist/writer duos, or would you be willing to accept just a writer?
