I am looking for talented people who have a PASSION for drawing and who TRULY want to be a comic book artist.

I am the writer and creator of a comic book series and the project on offer is for you to re-draw existing pages that have been drawn by other artists, in your own style on a work for hire basis.

The rate I am offering for this work is up to $50 a page ( Depending on your experience and the quality of your talent or the Published work you may have had to date )

There are a LOT OF PAGES that need to be re-drawn.... So, if you are good AND fast then there is potentially a lot of money for you to earn.

Hello! My name is Joseph Martinez. I currently reside in Taos, New Mexico as a home-based concept artist just starting on my feet. I have experience in illustrating comic book/storyboard format type images and now have been gradually moving into more of a digital medium. I am currently roughly 3 months into understanding photoshop cs6, Cinema 4D and Zbrush, with about 4 years of prior knowledge of Manga Studio EX 4.0.. I am very new to the 3D programs but I am enjoying the learning process.

I hope to find a position that would allow me some form of liable income in respects to the work I would provide from home. I do not have much money to travel and relocate to a different city, therefore I communicate solely through the internet. I know this is not necessarily the best application choice. However I need somewhere to start and I simply searched and found your advert. I have a wonderful working knowledge of apps and video games as well as film and conceptual documentation. It is what I do all day, every day, so I figure I need to make something out of it. I have plenty of time at home, therefore plenty of time to make art that suits your needs, whether it be in design, format, imagination or professionalism. I'm very moldable when it comes to time and style. Also, please inform me of your page or hourly rate.

In retrospect, I would like to finally provide you with my art references that will, for now, serve as my portfolio.

This second link is where I previously had been placing my artwork when I was working with paneling and comic/manga designs and structures. Not as well done as it was done during High School. The particular writer I had been working for on this project began underpaying me so we discontinued the series.
