Manga artist wanted for adventure comic (Paid)

Hi,

Im looking for a manga style artist to work on a fantasy adventure type graphic, similar to pokemon. I'am willing to pay. I would like someone who is very creative, and is willing to work on all the creature and character designs.

I my idea is for a Manga style comic set in a technologically advanced world, but much of it still wild and untamed(similar to pokemon). In this world there are dragons who are classified into 6 elemental classes. Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, Darkness and, Light. There is a family of dragons for each class. Each dragon family has three forms. The Drake(baby) forme, the Wyvern(middle) forme and, the Dragon (final) forme. There are six different towns and city's in the area that this comic takes place. Each town and city is specific to a element type.In this world it is expected of every young person to understand the close relationship between people and dragons, and not just dragons from the element that there town focuses on. Thats why at age 15 most children will be given a dragon egg and go on a journey threw out the Tatsu state (Japanese for dragon) and learn to truly understand the mystery's of the dragon.

This story follows a young man as he begins his journey from the Earth town, and the adventures he has with his dragon.
