This specific story focuses more on the two main characters, Grayson (the vigilante) and Andy (the daughter of the drug trade negotiator). The story shows how and when they meet and how Grayson comes to recruit Andy. I like to spend time on character development and the interaction between the characters by letting their personalities unfold in the center of the plot.
Because this is a shorter story, the story line itself is pretty fast paced, but the plot is clear and organized. Please let me know if there are any more questions that I can answer for you.
