Is the intellectual property kept by the creator or turned over to the publisher? The web site seems to hint without explicitly saying that the creator keeps the rights. Just want to verify.

Intellectual property is kept by the creator. It also can be sold if the creator would like to sell it. Details are certainly given once we pass our submission stages.
