UPDATE!! Writer Looking for Artist to Collaborate.

I'm a young inspiring writer. I'm pretty sure there are many good artists out there. Are there any artists who are have wanted to have their own Comic Series but haven't come up with a story? Well for the past couple years I've been working on an idea for a Comic Book Series. A series in the Superhero Genre. It's got a Dark theme to it. Planning on making it for ages 13 and up. I've already completed the first Volume (Which is the origin story) broken up into 9 issues. Only problem is, I can't draw. And paying for an artist (Especially a good one) would be a bit pricy for me.

So, I'm offering an opportunity to collaborate with me on creating this series. You and me together can help create the series together and we can share 50/50 of the profits and the property. Keep in mind when I say series, I mean SERIES. I already have ideas for future characters to introduce in future volumes and villains as well. So, I'm going to need somebody who is gonna FULLY COMMIT to this project. This can't be a side project you want to do for fun or a side job to make extra money. I Want to make this a long running series. And I want someone who is willing to work on this with me for the next couple years or how ever long we can keep this series going.

Now I'm aware I'm asking for a lot and I'm sure many of you want to do other projects as well and don't want to spend a decade doing the same stuff over and over. And you can do other projects as well (As long as you make our project #1 priority). But look at it like this, if you and me can work together to make this a successful ongoing series. That's another big thing to add to your resume. You have an original character designed by you. And hopefully that could lead to bigger and better things. And being that you will own 50 percent of the property, depending on how it succeeds, that's also an opportunity to make more money than you would getting paid up front on how many pages. If you are willing to FULLY COMMIT to this project, you can be apart of it and have your name forever be collaborated as Co-Creator of this property.

Of course being this is my idea I am looking for a specific type of artwork. I'm looking for good at drawing human characters, can draw clean and smooth. Good on detail. Can draw a futuristic populated city. Creative enough to add their own artistic visual. And has a good sense of direction.

“In 2017, The city of Crimson had begun a legacy of a masked vigilante who till this day people still don’t know his true identity. Very few have seen him, but those who have wished they never had. As many of the worst of the worst have suffered from a man that has only been described as a man dressed in Black and moves like a Ninja. The Black Ninja.

Move forward to 2045, where Eric Dawson, a shy, awkward, loner, after witnessing his mother murdered and having a closed and resentment relationship with his father, causes him to get involved with the wrong crowd to eventually discovering the hard way his father is The Black Ninja. His character shifts as he contemplates whether he is willing to make huge sacrifices to fill in his father’s role as The Black Ninja.”
