Writer looking for Artist for Webcomic.

As the title suggests, I am a writer who wants to start something new with my life. I adore writing, it's everything to me, and while that may be a cliche thing to say, it's honestly the truth. I've never had the ability to draw, and I never took the time to actually learn how to draw. That's why I need the help of an artist, any artist who's willing to help me out on this.
I'd like to have an artist who has a cartoony art style, because what I have in mind is actually a comedy I came up with a few days ago that involves paranormal/lovecraftian activity that happens in this one small town. It's light hearted and bizarre at times, and the characters are also a very strange bunch. I was planning on having a weekly Web Comic that furthers progresses the plot one page at a time.
