Writer seeking artist for crime/hero/tragedy

Hello all!

I am looking for an artist to work with me on a finished project. The comic is about 16 issues long and involves a slew of minor and major characters, the most important being the city itself. There is a substantial amount of action in the book, but it is not a "beat em up" comic book hero story. Instead, it's a story about how "beat em up" heroes don't work out.

I am awful at describing art, so I'll just say that I am looking for something in the artistic style of

The main character is not very talkative, so someone who likes drawing facial emotions would be a very big plus.

I posted about this earlier and got some GREAT submissions from different artists, but none that were really the style I was looking for. So, hopefully not offending the artists that submitted, I am reposting with more detail about what art style I am looking for.
