Hello there! I am an aspiring writer with years and years of experience when it comes to writing out stories. Of course, I am not a professional with any published works, but I am a man who is passionate about his stories of which I have hundreds of ideas as well as many developing original stories of my own with FanFics on the side as well.
I also love to draw and sketch, but it seems the scale is heavier on the side with my writing skills and I've dedicated my self to improving said skills and become a novelist. However, I would also love to be involved in any manga or comics being developed by any of you out there.
I am willing to submit examples of my work to any artists who want to test out my abilities and I am also more than happy to do my work for anyone. In terms of payment, well it will vary. My services will require payment, but I'm not going to do anything like $XX per page. Rather, I'd like to do chapters or arcs for a manga or a comic. The price for my services will vary depending on the length and complexity of a story.
However, I can guarantee this. If I like you and your ideas, I will more than likely work alongside you for a cheaper price. So if you need to contact me, feel free to ask for my assistance in any of your projects! I look forward to hearing from you!

Some advice
Here's the situation, and you're not at fault since it's not an obvious one. Writers FAR outnumber artists. Being that there is much more supply than demand, artists are able to support themselves by charging commissions. Not that that's a bad thing, but it works to the disadvantage of writers who are not in demand. Even the most experienced of us usually have to be satisfied with even GETTING an artist...not to mention charging for our services. I've been around this forum for a couple years, I'm no newbie regarding this. The one exception being that you have contacts in the industry as in are already published.
Not that you should give up, I speak actually only of probability. You should seriously consider getting your sea-legs and try working with an artist first to get a project off the ground rather than charging but if you do decide to still charge here are some tips. These tips can actually be applied to working on a for free basis as well.
You have ideas? TELL US! Artists around here have little to no incentive to simply ask you for them, you have to give them before they even think about contacting you! Link to your best work and talk about your ideas. Even if you are against selling your ideas simply talking about your ideas will prove to artists that you can add to their already established projects. Posting a link to a script sample isn't a bad idea either.
You really need to sell yourself and simply saying "I'm good" really isn't enough. See if you get anybody for say 10$ or below which is the usual rate. If you can't, change your price or find another way to make money with your writing if you aren't in this for the creation aspect. Writers simply can't make money here, there are too many of us competing. However if you are looking for at least a little compensation for working in a field that you want to work in it does work out.
Best of luck
Sincerely

I don't mind paying $50 to $100 for an awesome writer. I just haven't found a writer that is flexible enough to create an original idea or at least be good at masking their sources. What artists usually avoid are writers that claim so much ownership with heavy demands yet offer artists what we can already do ourselves. (Creating our portfolio, finding exposure, creating our own books.) What we need are writers that can break through the boring cliches and open worlds we never thought of... If you can recreate history, mix or create new genres, touch on issues not realized by most, and pushes artist to their creative limits. You're a keeper!
