Finished crime noir short looking for anthology

Hello there!

I have an 8 page crime noir short with a horror twist ready to go. Its black and white and fully lettered. It's set in 1910 in Chicago and the title is The Black Hand.

I'm looking for an anthology for it to appear in. Can anyone help?
